Zilla Inc ("we," "us," "Walkzilla") respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the Walkzilla app.

2. Information We Collect

Location Data: Precise GPS while the app is open or during active walks (with your permission).

Profile Data: First name, email (optional), steps, routes, check-ins.

User Content: Photos or posts you voluntarily upload.

3. How We Use Your Data
  • Power core features (tracking, maps, check-ins)
  • Show relevant local ads
  • Improve the app and fix bugs
  • Send updates (only with consent)

We use your data solely to enhance the mobile application, our database datasets, and the SaaS software. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Sharing

We share only:

  • Check-in timestamp with the store you visit
  • Anonymized stats with analytics partners
  • Encrypted data with secure cloud providers

We never sell your personal data.

5. Your Rights
  • Turn off location in phone settings (features stop)
  • Delete your account in Settings → Delete Account
  • Email support@walkzillaapp.com for data export
6. Security & Retention

We use TLS encryption and secure servers. Walk data is kept 24 months; account deletion removes everything in 30 days.

7. Children

Walkzilla is not for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. Continued use means acceptance. Big changes get an in-app alert.

Section B: Privacy Policy for Merchant Partners (SaaS Platform)
1. Introduction

Zilla Inc ("we," "us," "Walkzilla") respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the Walkzilla SaaS platform and merchant dashboard.

2. Information We Collect

Business Profile Data: Business name, contact information (e.g., email, address), payment details (processed via Stripe), and account credentials.

Operational Data: Menu items, pricing, discount settings, AI guardrails, virtual checkpoint placements, and usage analytics (e.g., redemptions, group walks).

Performance Data: Aggregated insights from tools like SmartSummary and DriverAnalysis, including anonymized user interactions with your offers.

3. How We Use Your Data
  • Provide and manage SaaS features (dashboard access, AI SmartOffers, point optimizations)
  • Process billing and commissions
  • Improve the platform, app, and database datasets using anonymized usage patterns
  • Send service updates or notifications (only with consent)

We use your data solely to enhance the mobile application, our database datasets, and the SaaS software. We do not sell your personal or business data.

4. Data Sharing

6. Security & Retention

We use TLS encryption, secure servers, and access controls. Business data is retained for the duration of your active account plus 24 months for compliance. Upon termination or deletion request, data is removed within 30 days unless required by law.

The SaaS platform is intended for business users and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

We may update this Policy. Continued use means acceptance. Significant changes will be notified via email or dashboard alert.
